A Prosperous Indo-Pacific: Enhancing Cooperation in India's Northeast and Eastern Neighborhood

The Asian Confluence in collaboration with the Australian Consulate-General in Kolkata hosted a one day dialogue on the theme: “A Prosperous Indo-Pacific: Enhancing Cooperation in India’s Northeast and Eastern Neighbourhood” on July 28th 2021. The North Eastern region of India along with the sub-Himalayan Eastern neighbours Bangladesh, Myanmar, Bhutan and Nepal constitutes a compact “mountain to sea” geography, the stability and prosperity of which is an important component toward realizing the vision of a prosperous, free and open Indo-Pacific region.
