AsCon Expert Speak || Tourism in the Post COVID-19 times: Perspective from Kingdom of Bhutan || Mr. Dorji Dhradhul, Director General, Tourism Council of Bhutan, Bhutan "Expert Speak" is a virtual platform under Asian Confluence Web Series Program to associate and engage with eminent experts for their insights on the COVID-19 world and beyond; on contentious issues like development funding, connectivity, trade, strategic and security cooperation with particular emphasis on the Bay of Bengal region with Northeast India at its epicenter. Speaker Profile: Dorji Dhradhul is the Director General of the Tourism Council of Bhutan. He served as Dzongda (Governor) of Gasa district for almost four years and has worked in various capacities in the fields of agriculture research, policy and development. Mr. Dhradhul was also the founding Director of the Department of Agriculture Marketing and Cooperatives and the founding Registrar of Cooperatives in Bhutan. He published a number of articles on subjects of contemporary relevance in the National newspaper, including a novel title Escapades: Awakenings.
