AsCon Expert Speak || Digital Connectivity in North East India in the COVID19 times || Mr. B Chandra Sekhar, CGM, BSNL, Shillong "Expert Speak" is a virtual platform under Asian Confluence Web Series Program to associate and engage with eminent experts for their insights on the COVID-19 world and beyond; on contentious issues like development funding, connectivity, trade, strategic and security cooperation with particular emphasis on the Bay of Bengal region with Northeast India at its epicenter. Speaker Profile: Mr B Chandr Sekhar is working as the CGM, North East in Shillong- incharge of Meghalaya, Tripura and Mizoram since January 2018 in BSNL, India. Earlier, he worked in Tezpur, Assam as GMTD from 2011 to late 2013 till he was further posted in Bangalore.
