Speaker Profile: Bipul Chatterjee (52) is an economist by training and profession. In 1997, he joined CUTS International, a global public policy think- and action-tank on trade, regulations and governance, and currently serving the organisation as its Executive Director. He has authored several articles, papers and books in the field of international trade and related subjects. His areas of interest include international trade and development, connectivity, political economy of international trade, institutions and pro-poor growth.
